We offer apartments, which have been selected for their excellent locations in the heart of Paris. We are particularly pleased to offer apartments on the Ile Saint Louis and the Ile de la Cité.
The apartments are furnished, equipped and decorated in different styles. They all have: a kitchen or kitchenette equipped with dishes and utensils, a private shower or bathroom and W.C. We provide the linen : sheets, towels, dishcloths and tablecloth, which are changed weekly. All apartments have television (some with cable) and a telephone. Fax and answering machines can be rented.
A minimum stay of one week is required.( for some apartments it’s possible to stay less) After 7 days, you can add any number of extra days. All our prices are net and include accommodation, linen, water, electricity, heating, telephone rental and VAT as well as agreed services. Prices are quoted for a fixed number of people. Some apartments are equipped with a convertible sofabed for which a supplement is charged if it is used. On no account is it possible to accommodate more people than stated in the contract.
Extra charges will be incurred for any additional service or change in the contract. Consult us for the additional services that we can provide and their cost. If for personal reasons and with the consent of Servissimo, the client changes apartment, a change fee of 69 € will be charged in addition to the rental difference.
You are free to choose your date of arrival and we can welcome every day except holiday, Sunday or extra business hours. Arrival in the apartment is between 2PM and 6PM.
Departure is in the morning between 9am and 10am. However, if the apartment is available and upon agreement, it is possible to arrange special arrival and departure times. You will be met at the apartment providing an appointment has been scheduled.
Upon signature of the contract, a security deposit will be requested, and charge to cover any damage that could occur in the apartment; it will be pay back no later than 3 weeks after your departure, upon return of the keys and after a representative of Servissimo has checked the condition of the apartment. We recommend you to have a “liability insurance”.
In each apartment, there is a file with complete information about the apartment and the building. The files include: an inventory of furniture and appliances; brochures or instructions for use of the appliances; and practical information such as useful telephone numbers, garbage disposal, keys, mail.
We make sure that the apartments are checked regularly; however some things can escape our attention. Therefore, we ask you to check the inventory and the functioning of the equipment within 24 hours following your arrival. If you notice a defect, please inform us immediately and we will do our best to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
After this 24-hour advisory period, you are responsible for the inventory, appliances and condition of the apartment. The replacement of broken or lost objects, the repair or replacement of broken equipment/appliances will be at your expense.
Our insurance does not cover damage to the tenant and to the people accompanying or visiting him. The tenant should therefore arrange appropriate insurance coverage for himself, for the people accompanying him, for personal effects and goods and against any possible damage that he may cause in the apartment.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In the case of lost keys, you will be charged for changing the locks, and all the keys necessary.
We regret we cannot accept any domestic animals.
The reservation is secured after a deposit payment of 50% of the rental fee. We cannot accept any reservation without a 50% deposit payment. The balance payment is due 5 weeks before arrival. The security deposit is due upon arrival at the apartment. Keys are handed over after payment of the security deposit. We accept payment by credit card: Visa/MasterCard, American Express. You can also make a wire transfer to our bank account.
For cancellations made prior to 8 weeks before arrival, an administrative fee of 150 € is charged, after which the balance of the deposit is refunded.
For cancellations made 5-8 weeks before arrival, the 50% deposit is non refundable.
For cancellations made less than 5 weeks before arrival or during the stay, the entire rental fee is nonrefundable.
